Ola Lanko
Ola Lanko is a visual artist with an impressive and multifaceted oeuvre. Her work is so versatile that she couldn’t just get a run of the mill artist portfolio. She asked Selected Works to come up with a way to create a portfolio website that would do justice to her work.
We came up with a concept just as bold as it was simple: every project its own custom page. Together with Ola we designed and developed project pages to present each project in the best way possible.
The underlying structure of the website is quite simple. Sliding sections and a modest grayish styling, with an accenting color scheme. This color scheme can be controlled from within the CMS, with all the lighter tints being calculated on the fly. Of course, the website is mobile-friendly.
